With more than 15 years of direct and indirect sales management experience in telecommunications and Internet technologies, Smith previously served as VP and General Manager of Cambrian Communications where he was responsible for creating and managing the company's Alternative Channels Sales Group. Prior to that, Smith was a top-revenue producing Sales Director of PSINet, Inc.

Todd Goeders, Vice President Field Operations, Eastern U.S., rounds out the sales management team. In this position, he is responsible for ensuring that field operations and service installation are handled efficiently, effectively and consistently in the eastern part of the United Sates. Goeders has 15 years experience in telecommunications engineering, construction and operations management. Formerly with Yipes Communications, he served as Director of Operations for the Southeastern U.S. He has also held positions with AT&T's international group, BellSouth on their SONET network deployment program, and was an Area Manger for Volt Information Sciences. Throughout his career, Goeders served on numerous government and industry technology advisory boards.
